Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas,



and other beverages to order
n
Greet customers, take orders, and provide friendly service
n
Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment
n
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and customer space
n
Handle cash register, process payments, and give correct change
n
Restock supplies (cups, lids, milk, syrups, etc.) as needed
n
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
n
Assist with basic inventory and opening/closing tasks
n

Skill & Experience
n
n
Robust customer service and communication skills
n
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
n
Attention to detail (especially when preparing drinks)
n
Basic knowledge of coffee, espresso, and beverage preparation
