The Position:

This is a night shift position, 11:00pm - 7:00am, and is suited to an individual capable of learning and taking ownership of a critical production process, while working effectively within a team environment. Full training provided through a structured on‐the‐job buddy system
n
Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience is required for this position.
n
Pay and Shifts
n
Hourly rate: $***** – $***** (inclusive of shift loading)
n
A higher starting rate may be offered based on relevant trade qualifications and/or experience
n
Training period:
n




3 weeks of training and induction onday shift (7:00am – 3:00pm, Monday to Friday)
n
During this period,shift loading does not apply
n
What you will do:
n
n
Operation and monitoring of large, complex industrial machinery
n
Adjusting and maintaining production processes to meet quality standards
n
n
What you will bring:
n
n
Robust focus on Occupational Health and Safety and quality standards
n
Forklift licence preferred, or willingness to obtain
n
Trade or heavy industrial background advantageous
