Mader Group has an exciting new opportunity in our HME Fabrication division for a full-time, Perth based Coordinator.
This diverse role will have you working across an exciting scope of work, giving you the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination & engagement with our field staff – being proactively involved with our crews with regular catch ups and seeing how you can best build your team
Proactively developing client relations & seeing areas of growth in new markets
Providing expertise on services available within the Group

Skills & Experience:
A strong background in a similar role in the Fabrication space
Trade Background (Ideal but not essential)
Outstanding customer relations and people management skills
Enthusiastic to win new business, build on relationships and execute plans
Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
High-level communication and negotiating skills
Experience in project estimation & quoting
Sound knowledge utilising Microsoft Office Suite
Competent conflict resolution skills




Valid driver's licence
