Broken Bay Pearl Farm on the Hawkesbury River invites an enthusiastic Aquaculture Operations Officer & Tour Guide to join our hands-on team. You will work across oyster and pearl farming, marine operations, oyster shucking and delivering immersive tours to visitors.

You will operate vessels, maintain gear, assist with grading and harvest, and ensure safety and hygiene standards while sharing our story with guests from Australia and abroad.
