Choose Therapy is seeking a qualified therapist to deliver interventions at clients' homes or our Belmont office. You will conduct NDIS assessments and prepare reports (FCA, AT, and more) while managing your caseload independently with team support when needed.

The role includes admin duties with modest KPIs, and you will benefit from adaptable working arrangements, including work from home for admin and documentation, plus an available office space.
