Sparky Stock is a growing Australian online electrical retailer focused on making it easier for customers to purchase quality electrical products online.

As we continue to expand, we're looking for a capable and solutions-focused System Integrations Manager to take ownership of the systems that connect our online store, inventory, orders, suppliers, freight, customer service and business operations.
n
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys solving problems, automating processes and making different platforms work seamlessly together.
n
The Role
n
As System Integrations Manager, you'll be responsible for developing, maintaining and improving the technology integrations that keep Sparky Stock running efficiently.
n
You'll work across our e-commerce platform and third-party systems to identify opportunities for automation, eliminate manual processes and ensure accurate information flows between platforms.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Manage and maintain integrations between our e-commerce platform and third-party systems
n
Develop and implement automated workflows across orders, inventory, fulfilment and customer service
n
Integrate supplier product, pricing and stock data
n
Manage API connections, webhooks and data synchronisation
n
Connect shipping,



freight and fulfilment platforms with our online store
n
Monitor integrations and troubleshoot errors or failed processes
n
Identify repetitive manual tasks and develop automation solutions
n
Improve the flow of customer, product, inventory and order information between systems
n
Work with external software providers and developers where required
n
Test and document new integrations before deployment
n
Maintain system security, reliability and data integrity
n
Assist with the implementation of new platforms and technology
n
Continuously review our technology stack and recommend improvements
n
Develop scalable systems capable of supporting continued business growth
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
We're looking for someone who can see the bigger picture while still being comfortable getting into the technical details.
n
You'll ideally have experience with some combination of:
n
n
E-commerce platforms and online retail systems
n
APIs, REST APIs and webhooks
n
System and application integrations
n
Workflow automation
n
Inventory and order management systems
n
ERP, CRM or accounting integrations
n
Shipping and freight platforms
n
Product information and supplier data feeds
n
JSON, CSV, XML or similar data formats
n




Integration platforms and automation tools
n
Troubleshooting data and synchronisation issues
n
Basic scripting or development knowledge
n
Technical documentation and process mapping
n
n
You don't necessarily need to be a full-time software developer. We're particularly interested in someone who understands how systems connect, how data moves between them and how technology can make a business operate more efficiently.
