We are recruiting for a Complex Rehab Equipment Representative to join an established business within the complex rehabilitation and assistive technology sector.

This is a specialist sales position focused on working with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and other Allied Health professionals to provide seating, mobility and pressure care solutions that improve independence and quality of life.
n
We are specifically looking for someone already working within the complex rehab, assistive technology or light-rehab equipment wanting to step-up into complex, having an understanding of the products, customers and clinical environment.
n
Please note, it would predominantly be a West/North-West Melbourne territory.
n
The Role
n
You will manage and develop relationships with OTs, Physios and other Allied Health professionals across your territory, supporting them with product selection, demonstrations and equipment recommendations.
n
The role is a combination of account management and business development, with a strong focus on getting out in front of customers and developing long-term relationships.
n
You will become a key point of contact for your customers, providing product education, arranging demonstrations and trials, and working alongside internal teams to ensure the right solutions are delivered.

Key Responsibilities
n

Manage and grow relationships with OTs, Physios and Allied Health professionals
n
Identify new opportunities and develop existing accounts across your territory
n




Conduct regular face-to-face customer meetings and product demonstrations
n
Provide product education and training to clinical professionals
n
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate equipment solutions
n
Build relationships across hospitals, community providers and private practices
n
Support equipment trials and the broader prescription process
n
Work closely with internal clinical, technical and operations teams
n
n
About You
n
You will already have experience within complex rehabilitation, assistive technology, medical equipment or a closely related sector.
n
We are looking for someone who understands our Allied Health customer base and can confidently engage with OTs, Physios and other clinical professionals.
n
You will also bring:
n
n
Existing relationships with OTs, Physios and Allied Health professionals
n
Previous sales or account management experience within the sector
n
Solid understanding of complex rehab, seating, mobility or pressure care
n
Confidence presenting products and educating clinical professionals
n
Strong commercial and relationship‐building skills
n
A proactive approach to developing and growing a territory
n
The ability to work autonomously and manage your own customer base
n
