Must Have Skills:
n
Robust hands-on experience with Azure andOracle SQL / SQL Server, Power BI (Service, Semantic Models, Fabric),advanced DAX, Paginated Reports, and Power Apps. Solid capability in data modelling, Power
Query/Dataflows,ADF/Synapse/Fabric,
CI/CD pipelines, and automation including Excelautomation. Proven expertise in delivering executive dashboards, KPI,
predictive,operational
and regulatory reporting, with strong focus on visualization bestpractices and performance tuning across DAX, SQL,



and data models.

Nice to Have Skills:

Microsoft Fabric/ Lakehouse architecture
n
Tableau/SSRS migration to Power BI
n
Exposure to Agile delivery methodologies
n
n
Top 3 responsibilities youwould expect the Subcon to shoulder and execute
n
n
Designand deliver end-to-end data and BI solutions using Azure SQL, Oracle SQL,ETL,
ADF/Synapse/Fabric,
and Power BI to support enterprise reporting andanalytics.
n
Develop and manage enterprise dashboards, semanticmodels, DAX calculations, and paginated reports, ensuring
performance,governance,
security, and strong reporting outcomes.
n
Engage with stakeholders to gather
requirements,translate
business needs into scalable data solutions, and present insightsand recommendations to business leaders and executives.
