We're looking for an experienced Field Technician to join our Electrical Services team in Lidcombe. This is a hands‐on role working across smart metering projects, with responsibility for delivering safe, high-quality installations and fault inspections while providing excellent service to our customers.
n
What you'll be doing
n
As a Field Technician, you'll be responsible for:
n
n
Conducting Smart Meter installations and fault inspections across single dwelling and multi-residential sites
n
Completing pre-starts and ensuring jobs are completed safely and to the required standards
n
Managing tools, stock and equipment to ensure you're ready to deliver each job
n
Managing allocated jobs and delivering quality work in line with client and BSA requirements
n
Completing post-job technical and administrative requirements
n
Liaising professionally with customers and other stakeholders on site
n
Attending relevant meetings, training and other activities as required
n
Taking ownership of your work and ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard
n
n
What you'll bring
n
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
n
n
A Grade Electrical licence
n
Experience and technical knowledge within the metering industry
n
ASP authorisation across multiple NSW networks
n
A current Driver Licence
n
A current White Card
n
Any additional licences, tickets or qualifications required for the role
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
Good organisational and time management skills
n
The ability to work autonomously and manage your own workload
n
A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a strong sense of personal responsibility
n
