$130,000+ Package + Uncapped Incentive Income
n
You will receive a package of over $130,000 per annum, depending on experience, together with performance-based incentive bonuses offering genuine, uncapped additional earning potential.
n
You will also receive a 10% incentive on all self-referred clients, giving you the opportunity to increase your income as you build strong client relationships and your professional network.
n
For the right proactive, highly polished go-getter, there is genuine potential to earn $140,000+ per annum.

The Opportunity
n
You will manage approximately *****+ family law matters, taking responsibility from initial instruction through to resolution.
n
You'll have the autonomy to manage your own matters while being supported by a collaborative and experienced team.
n
As the practice continues to grow, you'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior staff, contribute to the development of the team and progress into a Senior Associate and leadership position.

Your Experience
n
You will have demonstrated experience managing end-to-end family law matters, including:
n
n




Property matters
n
Children's matters
n
Divorce
n
Binding Financial Agreements (BFA's)
n
Parenting arrangements
n
Mediation
n
Consent Orders
n
Financial disclosure
n
Urgent recovery matters
n
Enforcement of Family Law Orders
n
Superannuation splitting
n
Negotiated settlements
n
Client negotiations and relationship management
n
Achieving billing targets
n
n
Court appearance experience, or a willingness to appear in court, will be highly regarded.

About You
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n
Has 3+ years PAE in Family Law
n
Can confidently manage *****+ matters
n
Has strong end-to-end family law experience
n
Has a genuine client-first attitude
n
Is highly organised, efficient and commercially aware
n
Can effectively prioritise competing demands
n
Has demonstrated experience achieving billing targets
n
Takes ownership and accountability for their matters
n
Communicates exceptionally well with clients
n
Enjoys working collaboratively with a team
n
Is ambitious and wants to progress their career
n
Has the ability and desire to mentor others
n
Wants to play an important role in a growing business

n
