Domus Lighting is seeking an experienced and driven Territory Manager to join our growing team in Western Melbourne, Victoria and Tasmania.

We are a recognised leader in the lighting industry, known for innovative products and a strong commitment to our wholesale partners. With over 3,000 product variants, we offer one of the most comprehensive lighting ranges in the market.

This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with experience in the electrical wholesale and Lighting market, who thrives on building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering strong commercial results.
n
Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Manage and grow an established territory in Western Melbourne, Victoria and Tasmania.
n
Develop and maintain solid relationships with electrical wholesalers and contractors.
n
Identify new business opportunities and expand market share
n
Conduct product presentations and training sessions when required.
n
Travel to Tasmania and western Victoria 4–6 times per year to support and grow the region
n
Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer outcomes
n
Reporting to management via CRM and monthly meetings on sales progress,



promotions and pipeline projects.
n
Working with the Eastern Victorian sales manager to achieve collaborative and successful team outcomes within the territory.
n

What We're Looking For:
n
n
Proven experience as a Territory Manager or Sales Representative
n
Experience in the electrical or lighting wholesale market (preferred)
n
Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
n
Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
n
Ability to manage travel and work autonomously
n
n
