Responsibilities

Prospecting, generating leads, and building a strong local pipeline
n
Conducting buyer and seller conversations, providing a high standard of service
n
Supporting the sales process end-to-end, from appraisal to negotiation and close
n
Attending open homes and buyer appointments, maintaining solid follow-up
n
Working closely with the team to execute campaigns and hit performance targets
n




Maintaining professional communication and accurate records throughout the sales process
n

Requirements
n

Full Australian working rights
n
Current Agent's Representative Certificate (or a willingness to obtain)
n
Victorian Driver's License and a reliable vehicle
n
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
Strong professionalism, and a goal-driven mindset
n
Sales experience preferred but not essential (attitude and work ethic are key)
