We provide high-quality mobile allied health services directly in our clients' homes, supporting older Australians receiving funding through the Support at Home Program, Home Care Packages, and private services.

Community Physiotherapist
n
You will provide in-home physiotherapy services to older adults including:
n

Comprehensive assessments
n
Provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy care to clients with treatment plans tailored to individual needs
n
Develop tailored exercise programs aimed at improving muscle strength,



mobility, and balance
n
n
n
Pain management strategies
n
Equipment and mobility aid recommendations
n
n
n
Collaboration with care teams and family members
n
Clinical documentation and reporting
n
n
Essential Requirements
n
n
Current AHPRA registration
n
Current National Police Check
n
n
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
Professional indemnity insurance
n
Experience in aged care, community health, rehabilitation, or disability services highly regarded
n
