HealthX is seeking 2 Personal Care Attendants (PCA's) to work in an aged care facility in Crookwell NSW ****. These positions are full time contract positions OVER A 48 month term (4 years) commencing in September ****. Located in Crookwell NSW ****.

Hourly rate of between $32 -$37 plus shift allowances and super - paid in accordance to the Aged Care Award Full time fixed term About the role (ANZSCO ******)

You will already know that working in Aged Care is your passion and have a commitment to making a difference. You will take pride in delivering an exceptional service, with a focus on person-centred care. Duties include:

To provide resident care programs to meet the individual needs of the residents
n
To implement the Philosophy, Objectives and Policies of the Organisation
n
To comply with all Confidentiality and Privacy Agreements entered into.
n
n
n
Communicating to the RN/Team leader any changes observed in residents.
n
Provide appropriate care to residents




n
Ensure residents have the opportunity to make informed choices and decisions regarding their care programs.
n
n
Foster good working relationships with everyone on the team. A commitment to delivering quality care. To be successful in the role the suitable applicant will be/have
n
n
Experience working in aged care is highly desirable but not essential
n
Ability to work as part of a team
n
Empathy and an emphasis of treating others with dignity and respect
n
n
n
Reliability and punctuality
n
Flexibility to work on a rotating roster across all shifts (day, afternoon, nights) 38 hours per week/76 hours per fortnight.
