The Client, a registered NDIS health provider, offers a diverse array of community-based, allied health services to individuals of all ages and abilities. The role requires the provision of evidence-based services through multiple delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. Referrals can originate via the NDIS, Medicare, or private sources.
n
This is a mobile role, offering the flexibility to work from home or the company's hubs when not conducting client appointments.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Assessing and providing interventions for children and adults living with a range of disabilities.
n
Working within the NDIS framework to maximize clients' level of function, capacity, and social engagement.
n
Assisting clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications (in relevant fields).
n
Completing timely documentation and report writing.
n
Managing a varied caseload.
n
Meeting company professional expectations (e.g., meeting billables and effective client management).
n
Attending meetings, supervision, and personal development sessions (as required).

Building relationships with key stakeholders, including therapists, clients, and referral sources.
n
Working across leading software platforms and online tools.
n

Essential Requirements
n
n
Relevant Tertiary qualifications in a related field.
n
Discipline-specific professional registration (i.e., AHPRA).
n
Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card).
n
NDIS Worker Screening Check.
n
Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (or valid exemption).
n
Police Check & International Police Check (only applicable to individuals who have lived overseas).
n
Drivers licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
n
Car insurance.
n
Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance.
n
First Aid (optional).
