Job Description
Inspect vehicle engines, transmissions, and components
n
Identify and diagnose mechanical and electrical faults
n
Remove faulty parts and component.
n
Carry out repair action required to manufacturer's specifications and relevant standards.
n
Replace defective parts and assemble mechanical components; Reassemble engines and parts after being repaired.
n
Conduct routine maintenance work such as replacing fluids, oils and lubricating parts.
n
Test and adjust mechanical parts after being repaired for proper performance.
n
Supervise and assist junior mechanics in their continual learning and development.
n
Conduct roadworthy inspections.
n
Perform a variety of duties including tyre fitting, wheel alignments, air con repairs.
n
Liaise with vehicle owners to explain problems/issues.
n
Skills and Experience Required.
n
Have trade qualifications as a Motor Mechanic.
n
Qualified in EV and Hybrid vehicle repairs.
n




Minimum 1 year working experience in the automotive industry.
n
Solid understanding of modern vehicle repair technology.
n
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
n
High attention to details.
n
Ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.
n
Be hardworking, disciplined, reliable and flexible.
n
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and time management abilities.
n

$80,000 to $85,000 annual salary package plus superannuation to the successful applicant.
