The Role
n
Manage and develop an established portfolio of clients.
n
Build trusted relationships with business owners and key decision-makers.
n
Deliver tax planning, structuring and commercially focused business advice.
n
Review work and oversee workflow across the team.
n
Mentor and develop Accountants at varying levels.
n
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing clients.
n
Develop relationships across an established referral network.
n
Work directly with the Directors on growth and broader practice initiatives.

About You
n
You'll ideally be CA/CPA qualified and currently operating at Manager, Senior Manager or Associate Director level within Australian public practice.
n
You'll combine strong Business Services & Tax technical capability with the confidence to manage complex client relationships, develop staff and provide commercially focused advice.
n
You don't necessarily need to arrive with a book of clients. More significant is the ability and ambition to develop relationships, contribute to growth and ultimately become a key part of the practice's future.
