NSW State Emergency Service – Tamworth NSW is seeking a energetic leader to guide a high-performing team across regional NSW. You will prepare communities for floods, storms and tsunamis and lead operational response and recovery with our diverse volunteer units.

This role reports to the Assistant Commissioner North and West Operations and requires travelling, on-call availability and readiness to assume Incident Controller responsibilities within 12 months.
