Here is an outstanding chance for an experienced hospitality leader who knows how to take control of a busy floor, lead a large team and keep service running smoothly when the pressure is on.

You might currently be a Duty Manager, Restaurant Manager, Front of House Manager, Assistant Venue Manager or senior hospitality supervisor.
n
Your current title isn't the important part.
n
We're interested in the scale you've managed, the people you've led and your ability to run a busy hospitality operation.
n
The opportunity
n
This is not a small restaurant management role.
n
You'll be helping lead a large restaurant and bar operation, taking responsibility for the venue during your shift and ensuring the team delivers a consistently high standard of service.
n
You'll be the person who can walk onto a busy floor, quickly understand what's happening, make decisions and get the best out of your team.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Leading a large front-of-house hospitality team
n
Managing restaurant and bar operations during busy services
n
Allocating staff and coordinating the floor
n
Coaching, supporting and developing team members
n
Maintaining strong customer service and presentation standards
n




Handling operational issues and making confident decisions on shift
n
Working closely with senior management and other areas of the Club
n
Ensuring compliance, safety and responsible service requirements are maintained
n
n
Who we're looking for
n
We're deliberately keeping the background broad.
n
You do need to come from hospitality and have experience leading people in a busy, high-volume operation.
n
We'd be interested in speaking with people from:
n
Large restaurants | Hotels | Pubs | Clubs | Resorts | Function venues | High-volume hospitality operations
n
Most importantly, you'll have experience managing a sizeable team and understand what great front-of-house service looks like.
n
You'll be someone who can lead from the floor rather than from the office – visible, approachable and prepared to jump in when the team needs you.
n
