We are currently seeking an experienced and organised Construction Administrator to join a well-established residential builder based in Beenleigh. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a supportive and growing construction team.

About the Role
n
Working closely with the Construction and Operations teams, you will be responsible for providing administrative support throughout the residential construction process, ensuring projects run smoothly from commencement through to completion.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Managing construction administration across multiple residential projects
n
Preparing and processing building documentation
n
Maintaining accurate job files and project records
n
Liaising with clients, suppliers, trades and internal stakeholders
n
Scheduling and coordinating inspections, certifications and approvals
n
Assisting with contract administration and variations
n




Updating project information within Onsite Companion
n
General administrative support to the construction team
n
n
About You
n
n
Previous administration experience within residential construction is preferred
n
Experience using Onsite Companion or similar construction management software
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
n
High attention to detail and accuracy
n
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
n
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
n
n
