About the Role
n
As one of the first points of contact for ADA Australia, you'll provide administrative, customer service and operational support across the organisation.
n
You'll:
n
n
Provide administration and customer service support across multiple teams.
n
Assist with phone, email and face‐to‐face enquiries.
n
Coordinate training events and organisational activities.
n
Maintain records, databases and business systems.
n
Support office operations, travel bookings and fleet administration.
n
Assist with projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
n
About You
n
You enjoy variety and are comfortable balancing multiple priorities. You're organised, proactive and adaptable, with a strong customer service focus and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
n
This role is best suited to someone who enjoys supporting a broad range of business activities rather than a highly structured, routine administrative workload.
n
You Will Bring
n
n
Experience and/or qualifications in business administration, reception or customer service.
n
Robust communication and organisational skills.
n
Experience maintaining records, databases and administrative systems.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
n
Strong attention to detail, professionalism and confidentiality.
n
Experience working in a not-for‐profit, community services, health, aged care or disability services environment.
n
Current driver's licence.
n
National Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain).
n
Ability to travel between our Geebung and Woolloongabba offices as required.
n
n
