Job Description
As part of the Waiter's Mate team, you'll work at a diverse range of corporate and private events across Sydney, including the CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West and Manly, with occasional opportunities to work interstate.

We're seeking experienced senior waiters and bartenders who are available to start immediately and can bring confidence, professionalism and exceptional service to every shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver polished food and beverage service across a wide range of events, including boardroom lunches, cocktail parties, private gatherings, formal dinners and weddings.
n
Provide experienced service across cocktail, corporate, plated and alternate-drop functions.
n
Assist with the setup and pack-down of functions and event spaces.
n




Work collaboratively with clients, event staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth and skilled service.
n
Adapt confidently to fast-paced environments, with every shift offering something different.
n
Maintain excellent presentation, punctuality and attention to detail.
n
Comply strictly with all Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.

Availability Requirements:
n
n
Be available to work at least 20 hours per week, including weekends.
n
Be prepared for shifts of at least four hours, with most shifts averaging six to eight hours.
