THE ROLE

As a Luxury Travel Consultant, you'll work with both direct clients and travel agency partners to design and book unforgettable travel experiences across some of the world's most sought-after destinations.
n
No two days are the same as you create everything from dream honeymoons and luxury family holidays to premium cruise experiences and tailor-made itineraries.

Manage inbound calls and email enquiries from travel agents and direct clients
n
Create bespoke international travel itineraries
n
Sell luxury holidays, cruises, honeymoons and premium travel experiences
n
Provide exceptional customer service from enquiry through to travel
n
Build solid relationships with clients and agency partners
n
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets
n
Maintain expert product and destination knowledge
n

Extensive experience as a Travel Consultant within retail or wholesale travel
n
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
n
Experience booking international itineraries using both net and published fares
n
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
n
A positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for travel
n
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
