We are seeking reliable and dedicated Food & Beverage Attendants and Catering Assistants to join our team at Randwick Barracks. These opportunities are ideal for candidates with hospitality, catering or customer service experience who are looking to build a rewarding career in a supportive and professional environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
n
n
Assist with food preparation, meal service and cleaning duties
n
Deliver professional and friendly customer service to Defence personnel
n
Support dining room and service operations
n
Maintain hygiene, food safety and allergen standards
n
Ensure dining and kitchen areas remain clean and organised
n
Work both independently and as part of a team to meet operational requirements

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
n
n
Previous experience in food preparation, food service, catering or hospitality preferred
n
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene and allergen requirements
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
Reliable with the ability to work with minimal supervision
n
Qualified presentation and a team-focused approach
n
Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance
n
