The Role
n
As a Casual Store Attendant, you'll play an important role in creating a positive in-store experience for every customer. From helping customers find the right product to keeping the store looking its best, no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities will include:
n
Delivering friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
n
Assisting customers with product recommendations and purchases.
n
Processing sales through the point-of-sale system.
n
Replenishing shelves and maintaining attractive product displays.
n
Receiving and unpacking deliveries.
n
Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented store.
n
Supporting stock control and inventory accuracy.
n




Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily store goals.
n
Following all liquor licensing requirements and store procedures.
n
About You
n
Enjoys providing outstanding customer service.
n
Is reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
n
Thrives in a busy retail environment.
n
Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
n
Is flexible to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Previous retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is highly regarded, but not essential. If you have the right attitude and a willingness to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed.
