We are looking for an Internal Sales/ Customer Service Officer to become our next dedicated team member to assist with duties and responsibilities across our Lane Cove location.

What you'll be doing:
n
Sales support to on-road representatives
n
Handling incoming phone and email enquiries to processing sales orders
n
Face to face service for walk-in-trade customer
n
To be successful, you will have:

To be successful in this role, you will be an individualthat has an administrative background and thrives on attention to detail.



Our rapid-paced customer service and sales environment demand a high level of organisation.

Minimum requirements include:
n
Friendly and team focussed attitude
n
1 year's admin or customer service experience
n
Proficient in Microsoft Office - word, excel, outlook
n
Familiarity in sales and inventory-basedsoftware for customer order processing & invoicing would be an advantage but not necessary
n
Confidence to deliver phone, email and face to face customer service
n
Product based customer service preferred, but not essential
n
All necessary training will be provided.
n
