We're looking for a BIM Coordinator to play a key role in delivering high-quality Building Services projects across a diverse portfolio. Sitting within a collaborative and well-established design team, you'll take ownership of BIM delivery, standards, and coordination across multidisciplinary projects – from concept through to construction.

This is a great opportunity to step into a senior-level role where you can influence how BIM is done, mentor others, and work on some genuinely interesting and complex projects.

What You'll Be Doing
n
n
BIM coordination across Building Services projects (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Fire)
n
Manage and develop Revit models and federated models across disciplines
n
Drive BIM standards, workflows, and best practice across the team
n




Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve design clashes
n
Support project teams during design development and documentation phases
n
Contribute to continuous improvement of digital engineering capabilities
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
Proven experience as a BIM Coordinator within Building Services consultancy
n
Strong proficiency in Revit (essential) and Navisworks (or similar coordination tools)
n
Solid understanding of BIM processes, standards, and delivery across project lifecycles
n
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary models on complex projects
n
Robust communication skills and ability to work closely with engineers and designers
n
A proactive mindset with the confidence to lead and influence outcomes
