About the Role
n
As a Service Writer, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Service Department. Working closely with technicians, customers, and the Service Manager, you'll help ensure workshop administration is completed accurately and efficiently while delivering exceptional customer service.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Responding to internal and external customer enquiries
n




Creating and managing service work orders from commencement through to invoicing
n
Maintaining accurate service records and department documentation
n
Updating customer and equipment information within company systems
n
Assisting with technician efficiency reporting
n
Processing warranty and product improvement program claims
n
Supporting the Service Department with administrative and operational tasks
n
Contributing to a positive customer experience and efficient workshop operations
n
n
What You'll Bring
n
n
Previous administration or customer service experience
n
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
n
Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
n
A collaborative, team-focused approach
n
A general understanding of mechanical or technical terminology is advantageous but not essential
n
Year 12 completion or relevant experience is desirable
