We're currently on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Logistics Coordinator to join our team as a Transport Coordinator at our St Marys branch. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving on the fly, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, this could be the role for you.

As a key part of our operations team, you'll be at the centre of our daily transport activity, coordinating, communicating, and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.

Schedule and coordinate transport runs across our fleet of Tilt Trays and Low Loaders
n
Plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
n
Maintain clear, consistent communication with drivers, customers, and internal teamsRespond to changing priorities and provide real-time solutions
n
Support the Hire Office with general administrative tasks
n
Monitor and manage transport costs and resource allocation
n
n
This office based role works Monday to Friday 7am - 5pm and the daily duties will include

Proven experience in a
Transport/Logistics
Coordination role
n
Strong knowledge of the NSW landscape
n
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
n
A customer-first mindset with a track record of great service
n
Solid computer skills (Outlook, Word, and database systems - experience with Insphire/CRM is a bonus)
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
n
A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to think on your feet
n
