With multiple hospitality outlets, dining areas, bars, gaming facilities and entertainment spaces, you'll be part of a professional management team responsible for ensuring the venue delivers an exceptional experience to its members and guests.

The Opportunity
n
As the Venue Operations Manager (Duty Manager), you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the venue during your shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, strong team leadership and smooth operational performance across all areas.
n
This is a hands‐on leadership role where you'll be highly visible, supporting your team, engaging with customers and ensuring the venue continues to operate to the highest standards.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and motivate hospitality teams across the venue
n
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer enquiries professionally
n
Oversee food and beverage, gaming and general venue operations
n
Ensure compliance with RSA, gaming and venue procedures
n
Coach,



mentor and support team members
n
Maintain high presentation and operational standards
n
Liaise with department managers to ensure the smooth running of each shift
n
Respond confidently to changing priorities in a busy environment
n
Promote a positive, professional and customer-focused culture
n
n
About You
n
To be successful, you'll bring:
n
n
Previous experience as a Duty Manager, Assistant Venue Manager or in a similar hospitality leadership role
n
Outstanding leadership and communication skills
n
The ability to remain calm, organised and decisive in a fast-paced environment
n
A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
n
Strong organisational and problem‐solving skills
n
Current RSA Certificate
n
Current Victorian Gaming Licence (or the ability to obtain one)
n
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
n
n
