Role Overview
n
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead to support application upgrades, Energy Market projects, and technology transformation initiatives within the Energy sector.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
n
Drive Agile delivery, backlog management, sprint execution, and continuous improvement.
n
Manage delivery risks, issues, impediments, dependencies, and RAID logs.
n
Coordinate across business, application, infrastructure, testing, security, vendors, and release teams.
n
Support application upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and platform modernisation.
n
Coordinate UAT, release readiness, production deployments, and go-live activities.
n
Provide delivery reporting on milestones, velocity, risks, blockers, and dependencies.
n




Support Energy Market / AEMO-related initiatives, regulatory changes, and operational readiness.
n

Required Skills & Experience
n
n
8–12+ years of IT delivery experience with strong Scrum Master / Agile Delivery experience.
n
Experience delivering application upgrades, technology projects, or business transformation initiatives.
n
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Agile metrics, and delivery governance.
n
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
n
Strong stakeholder, risk, dependency, and release management skills.
n
Energy / Utilities industry experience and AEMO project exposure highly desirable.
n

Certifications
n
n
PSM or CSM – Required
n
ITIL V4 – Required
n
PRINCE2 / PMP – Desirable
n
Secure / AWS / Azure certifications – Nice to have
