About the Role
n
Reporting to the Residential Sales and Marketing Manager, this role leads the administration, governance and operational control of residential sales activity across the Maas Residential Real Estate portfolio.
n
You will oversee sales administration, Contracts of Sale, CRM data, reporting, legal coordination and stakeholder communication from enquiry through to settlement.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Lead and support the Sales Administration team, including workload allocation, coaching and service standards.
n
Manage residential Contracts of Sale from exchange through to settlement.
n
Maintain contract registers, purchaser files, settlement schedules and CRM data.
n
Coordinate with solicitors, conveyancers, external agencies, purchasers and internal stakeholders.
n
Prepare sales, settlement, inventory, agency performance and executive reports.
n
Drive process improvement,



system governance and accurate reporting across sales operations.
n

About You
n
To be successful in this position, you will bring:
n
n
Minimum five years' experience in residential property, sales operations, contract administration, conveyancing, legal administration or a related field.
n
Experience managing Contracts of Sale through to settlement.
n
Experience supervising, mentoring or coordinating administrative staff.
n
Advanced Excel, Microsoft 365 and CRM/system capability.
n
Robust reporting, data accuracy, communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
High attention to detail, accountability and a continuous improvement mindset.
n
