The Opportunity
n
As our Business Development Manager, you'll be working directly across channel networks — agent partners, land estates, and investor groups — selling H&L; packages and driving volume across Victoria's fastest-growing corridors.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Build solid relationships with channel agents, land estates, and investment partners
n
Present H&L; packages with confidence — pricing, timelines, inclusions, specs
n
Manage inbound and outbound opportunities with high activity and consistency




n
Maintain accurate CRM data, paperwork and compliance
n
Work closely with leadership, drafting and operations teams to ensure strong deal flow
n
Identify new channel opportunities and contribute to growth planning
n
Attend partner meetings, site visits, and industry events
n
n
What You Bring
n
n
A strong desire to succeed and grow in the building/property industry
n
New home or channel sales experience preferred (not essential)
n
Clear communication and relationship-building skills
n
Ability to manage multiple deals with discipline and follow-through
n
Admin accuracy — CRM, paperwork, compliance
n
