Job Description
Office of the Commonwealth Ombudsman's National Student Ombudsman (NSO) Complaints Team is seeking Complaints Officers at the APS 5 level in Sydney. You will engage with students and higher education providers to register, assess and resolve complaints using a range of dispute resolution tools.
