Bakery Apprentices Required – New Farm

The Bakeologists Current Farm is looking for two enthusiastic apprentices to join our team and learn the craft of baking and pastry.
n
We have opportunities available for:
n
Monday–Friday, 6:30am starts
n
Work alongside our pastry team creating a wide range of products, including:
n
n
Cakes and slices
n
Savoury pastries
n
n
Tuesday–Saturday, evening shifts
n
Learn the art of bread baking and work with a variety of doughs and products, including:
n
n
White and specialty sliced breads
n
Sourdough
n
Doughnuts
n
A range of other bakery products
n
n
What we're looking for

Both positions are entry-level apprenticeship opportunities. We're looking for applicants who have:

No previous professional baking experience is required — we're looking for people who are keen to learn and build a career in the baking industry.
