Senior Financial Accountant / Finance Manager (Fixed Term)

Pay Rate: $65-$75/hour + super, dependent on experience

The Role
n
n
Manage month-end close, journals, accruals and prepayments
n
Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations
n
Support revenue recognition and compliance requirements
n
Review payroll accounting and reconciliations
n
Manage employee entitlement provisions, including annual and long service leave
n
Maintain the integrity of financial reporting and financial controls
n
n
What You Will Bring
n
n
Significant experience in financial accounting and month-end reporting
n




Strong reconciliation, reporting and general ledger management skills
n
Experience with accruals, prepayments, journals and balance sheet reconciliations
n
Ability to work independently and quickly establish priorities
n
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving capability
n
n
Highly Regarded
n
n
CPA or CA qualification
n
Experience in community services, healthcare, aged care, not-for-profit or government-funded environments
n
Exposure to revenue recognition and funding compliance requirements
n
n
