We are looking for a full-time Physiotherapy Receptionist to join our dedicated team. This role offers an incredible chance to grow your skills, gain experience in a dynamic allied health environment, and be supported by a friendly and professional team committed to excellence in client care.

What you'll be doing
n
Welcoming clients and managing check-in/check-out processes.
n
Handling reception tasks such as scheduling appointments, phone calls, and client enquiries.
n
Processing payments, health fund claims, and rebates.
n
Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming clinic environment.
n
Working closely with physiotherapists and allied health practitioners to deliver outstanding client service.
n
What we're looking for
n




Previous medical or allied health reception experience (highly regarded but not essential, training provided).
n
Excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and attention to detail.
n
Client-focused attitude and the ability to thrive in a busy clinic environment.
n
Confident with computer systems (experience with Cliniko or similar software is a bonus)
n
A friendly, professional manner and willingness to support both the team and clients.
