Required Skills & Experience
n

Experienced in managing large transformation programs.
n
Ability to manage multiple workstreams within a complex program?
n
Ability to manage senior stakeholders from client and other delivery partners?
n
Ability to bring an off-track project back on-track
n
Ability to handle escalations from client business
n
Experienced in project governance frameworks like Agile delivery governance,



Steering committee meetings, Program board reviews, Change Control Boards, RAID reviews, financial tracking, milestone reporting, and executive dashboards.
n
Ability to manage vendor and supplier relationships
n
Ensure successful delivery in an Agile workplace
n
Ability to manage project budget
n
Ability to manage conflicting stakeholder priorities
n
Experienced in relevant delivery KPIs
n
Ability to ensure business readiness for deployment
n
n
