Job Description
What You'll Be Responsible For:
n
n
Lead distribution centre design and warehouse transformation projects
n
Develop facility layouts, operating models and material flow solutions
n
Assess automation technologies including ASRS, AMRs, conveyors and sortation
n
Build capacity, labour and financial models to support client decisions
n
Facilitate workshops and translate operational challenges into practical solutions
n
Develop business cases, investment evaluations and implementation roadmaps
n
Present recommendations to senior stakeholders and executive teams
n
Manage project delivery to ensure scope, budget and quality objectives are met
n
Collaborate across strategy, automation and implementation teams
n
Support business development and grow existing client relationships
n
n
What You Bring:
n
n
Experience designing, optimising or delivering distribution centre solutions
n
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, automation and material handling systems
n
Experience developing business cases and supporting capital investment decisions
n
Strong analytical, modelling and problem-solving capability
n
Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
n
Proven project delivery and client management experience
n
Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar design tools preferred
n
Knowledge of WMS platforms and warehouse technologies
n
n
