Job Description
When you join this global freight forwarder you will lead and mentor an experienced team while maintaining and developing existing relationships.

The Position
n

Manage the day-to-day sea export operational tasks to meet customer requirements
n
Complete export functions, coordinating bookings with shipping lines, liaise with overseas agents
n
Act as the primary point of escalation and contact for customers
n
Arrange transport and liaise with transport companies
n
Track shipments and update customers on delays or changes
n
Maintain processes and provide continuous improvements
n
Oversee team productivity and provide ongoing training
n
n
The Requirements
n
n
Cargowise experience preferred
n
Ability to lead/mentor an experienced team
n
Freight forwarding experience within the Australian market is essential
n
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
n
Proven strengths in leadership and client engagement
