Direct Steel Tradersis a growing steel supplier based inSilverdale, NSW, and we're looking for an experiencedHC Driverto join our team.

Preferred hours6:00am – 2:30pm

About the role
This is a hands-on driving position delivering steel to multiple customers throughout the day.
As this role involvesmultiple drops, you'll need to be comfortablechecking and re-securing loads after each deliveryand understand the importance of safe load restraint.
What we're looking for
CurrentHC licence




Good understanding ofload restraint requirements
Demonstrated commercial driving experience
Experience transportingsteel or similar loads
Good knowledge ofSydney metro and surrounding areas
Reliable, safety-focused and willing to work as part of a team
Ability to learn and adapt
Physically fit and comfortable regularly climbing on and off trailers
Highly regarded, but not essential
Forklift licence
Experience driving aRoad Ranger gearbox
HIAB experience, or a willingness to learn
