CJD Equipment areseeking a WarrantyCo-ordinator to join theirGuildford WA, Head Office.

CJD Equipment representworld-class brands such as Volvo Construction Equipment, Kenworth, DAF, Isuzu and Fuso and operate an expansive branch network with over 20 branches across Australia.
n
This exciting role will be reporting to the Uptime Support Manager, and your primary responsibilities will be to coordinate and submit warranty claims from across a motivated service teamlocated in branches across Australia.
n
T his is a fix term to cover Maternity Leave - 12-month contract, possibility for extension
n
About You:
n
You may have already gained extensive experience in Warranty processing, or you could be an up-and-coming Service Administrator or Coordinator looking for the next step in your career.
n
Understand the importance of excellent customer service skills.
n
Passionate and always engaging with a professional approach.
n
Ability to lead by example.
n
Solid process and procedural skills supported by an outstanding eye for detail.
n
Demonstrated commitment to maintaining high levels of achievement.
n
Strong ability to successfully collaborate with stakeholders.
n
Demonstrated ability to create and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
n
