About the role
We are looking for a dependable and experienced individual to join our team for various property maintenance and repair tasks.
We will provide a Van and fuel card
Key responsibilities
General property repairs (Tiling, gardening, paving, painting, carpentry, etc.)
Routine maintenance and inspections
Painting and finishing work
Yard work and landscaping
Fixing or replacing broken fixtures and appliances
Handling emergency repairs when necessary
Ensuring properties are in top condition for tenants and owners
About you
Proven experience in property maintenance or similar field
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of basic carpentry required
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Supply own tools
Must have ABN Number and Public Liability Insurance
Friendly, reliable, and skilled attitude
