At Pulse Nursing at Home, we provide clinically outstanding long-term and lifetime managed care to children and adults living with complex care needs in their own homes and communities.

We're looking for compassionate, reliable and motivated female Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers to join our team across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
n
About the role
n
You'll provide high-quality, person-centred care to our male client who is living with learning disabilities, autism and seizures.
n
Depending on the individual care package, your responsibilities may include:
n
n
Providing personal care and support with daily living
n
Administering medication
n




Moving and handling
n
Supporting clinical interventions
n
Developing a positive and trusting relationship with the client
n
Working as part of a dedicated 1:1 or 2:1 care team
n
Learning and delivering specialist complex care interventions
n
n
Don't have experience with every intervention? That's okay. You'll receive specialist training tailored to the individual client you'll be supporting, including opportunities to develop skills in areas.
n
What we're looking for
n
We're looking for people who:
n
n
Have a minimum of 6 months' UK-based care experience within the last 2 years
n
Ideally somalian speaking - NOT ESSENTIAL
n
Have experience with areas such as personal care, medication and moving & handling
n
Are compassionate, dependable and committed to delivering high-quality care
n
within a client's own home
n
Are comfortable working independently as part of a 1:1 or 2:1 care package
n
Are willing to learn current skills and undertake complex care training
n
Want to build strong, professional relationships with clients, families and the wider care team
