The Role
n
The Store Manager plays a pivotal role in driving exceptional customer experience and operational excellence. This position oversees HR functions, inventory management, visual merchandising, staff development, and financial performance.
n
You will work closely with our Training, Marketing and Product Coordinators to ensure the store runs efficiently, meets sales objectives, and provides a motivating and inclusive workplace for both customers and staff.
n
We're looking for a proactive leader with a can-do mindset - someone who inspires their team, leads by example, and is committed to continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

Recruit, onboard, coach, and performance-manage a high-performing team.
n
Deliver ongoing training and foster a culture of accountability, positivity, and growth.

Customer Experience
n
n
Model exceptional service behaviours and drive a customer-first culture.
n
Support conversion, UPT, AOV, loyalty capture,
and service consistency in line with brand expectations.
n

Operational Excellence
n
n
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
n
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient store environment.
n
n
Inventory Management
n
n
Manage stock control processes, ensure accurate inventory levels, and implement strategies to optimise product availability and minimise loss.
n
n
Visual Merchandising
n
n
Execute VM direction and maintain a solid brand identity through impactful and commercially driven displays.
n
n
Financial Performance
n
n
Drive sales results through data-led decision-making, team coaching, and strategic planning.
n
Monitor wage spend, productivity, and store profitability.
n
n
Communication & Collaboration
n
n
Maintain clear communication with the Area Manager and HQ teams.
n
Provide insights, feedback, and reporting to support wider business success.
n

Role Details

Full-time, 38 hours per week
n
Tuesday–Saturday roster
n
Must have full Australian working rights
n
