Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons.
Embed Catholic values and teachings into classroom practice, encouraging ethical reflection and respectful dialogue through text analysis and writing activities.
Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of effective teaching strategies and consistently deliver high-quality, evidence-based instruction that meets diverse learner needs.




Develop and maintain teaching programs aligned with the curriculum and assessment timelines as outlined by the Learning Area Leader.
Use a variety of formative and summative assessment strategies to monitor and evaluate student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback to support growth.
Establish high expectations for learning, behaviour, and personal responsibility, promoting a positive and respectful classroom environment in line with the College's Behaviour Support Guidelines.
