Tanker and Combo (Jet/Vaccume) Operators (HR & HC Licence)

GMA Environmental Services Pty Ltd is seeking Tanker & Combo (Jet/Vacuum) Operators to join our Morwell branch, servicing the Gippsland region.
n
We are looking for reliable, hands-on operators who are comfortable working with heavy vehicles and plant and are interested in developing their skills across vacuum tanker, high-pressure water jetting and combination jet/vacuum operations.
n
Experienced operators are highly regarded; however, training and upskilling can be provided to the right candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, practical ability and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Operate vacuum tankers and combination jet/vacuum units
n
Undertake high-pressure water jetting of sewer and drainage infrastructure
n
Carry out liquid waste, sludge and debris removal
n
Respond to sewer blockages, overflows and emergency works
n
Transport and dispose of waste in accordance with environmental requirements
n
Complete daily vehicle,



plant and equipment checks
n
Complete job documentation and digital field records accurately
n
Maintain vehicles and equipment in a clean and operational condition
n
Work safely around confined spaces, sewer infrastructure and heavy plant
n
Participate in after-hours and on-call works when required
n
Follow GMA safety procedures, SWMS and client requirements
n

HR Licence (Essential)

Willingness and ability to learn tanker, jetting and combo operations
n
Basic computer literacy

Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
