Skills & experience
n
We are looking for someone who is organised, commercially minded and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
n
n
Previous experience in supply chain, purchasing, logistics, inventory management or a similar role
n
Experience using MYOB or another ERP system is highly desirable
n
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
n
Strong organisational and time management skills
n
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team
n
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
n




Mandarin language skills are preferred due to regular communication with the China office and suppliers
n
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Accurately process stock receipts and FOB supplier invoices in MYOB
n
Assist with purchase order planning and inventory coordination
n
Maintain and update Purchase Orders (POs) and Sales Orders (SOs) in MYOB
n
Support order tracking, supplier follow-up and inventory updates
n
Liaise with internal teams and overseas suppliers to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
n
Provide general supply chain and administrative support across the business
n
Assist with other supply chain and operational activities as required
n
