Job Description
As a Project Coordinator at Built by eps', you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of construction projects. This full-time position, based in Caringbah NSW ****, will see you work closely with the project management team to ensure the seamless coordination and execution of all project activities.

What you'll be doing
n
Assisting the Project Manager in planning, scheduling and monitoring project activities
n
Coordinating communication between various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors and internal teams
n
Maintaining detailed project documentation and records
n
Providing administrative support to the project management team
n
Identifying and resolving issues or roadblocks to keep projects on track
n
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures and safety standards
n
Participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements
n
What we're looking for
n
Relevant tertiary qualification in construction, project management or a related field
n
1-3 years' experience in a similar project coordinator or administrative support role within the construction industry
n




Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
n
Proficient in using project management software and MS Office suite
n
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
n
Versatile and adaptable to changing project requirements
