Job Description
Randstad is hiring a talented Senior HVTester/CommissioningEngineer for a NSP on brownfield and greenfield substations.
If you have an advanced diploma or bachelor of engineering, are experienced in HV testing and primary & secondary systems,
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and lead testing and commissioning activities for brownfield and greenfield 22kV-500kV Substation projects
Coordinate outage activities with a solid focus on safety and teamwork
Conduct Protection & Control relay testing
Perform IEC***** system testing
Carry out Primary Plant testing & commissioning
Manage drawings, ITPs, defects, and RFIs
Experience:
Significant experience in brownfield and greenfield substation projects
Advanced Diploma of ESI Power Systems or an Electrical Engineering Degree
Strong background in ESI testing and commissioning




Experience within Australiantransmission/distributionnetworks
Proficiency with Doble and/or Omicron secondary injection test equipment and other primary plant test tools
Certifications such as VESI or AusNet Certified very desirable
